This armrest pad includes multiple sets of mounting holes. You only need one set of holes to match your wheelchair's mounting pattern.

Installation Tips:
Installing this wheelchair armrest pad only takes a Phillips head screwdriver. To gain access to the two screws holding the armrest pad on, remove the armrest side panel or flip it up (depending on your wheelchair model). If your wheelchair has fixed armrest side panels, you can lay the wheelchair on its side to gain access. Unscrew the old armrest pad and replace with the new one using the screws provided. The waterfall portion of the armrest pad can face toward the seat or away from the user, depending on your preferred configuration and wheelchair setup.
