Fitment Notes:
This bearing is commonly used on TiLite wheelchair casters but not all of them. To confirm the size, your existing bearing should have one of these alpha numeric numbers stamped on the shield of the bearing: R6ZZ, R6Z, R6 RS or R62RS. This bearing is also a replacement for the 1604Z, 1604ZZ, 1604RS, 16042RS. You can also measure to confirm. It may fit other wheelchairs, scooters, or other equipment.

This bearing can be used as a replacement for the following manufacturer part numbers:

  • TiLite HD100516

General Wheelchair and Scooter Bearing Notes:
Many bearings found on wheelchairs and scooters have a alpha numeric reference or just a numeric reference number stamped on the side of the bearing which refers to the type and size of the bearing. In most cases, that is all you need to purchase the correct bearing. If your bearing has no reference on it, you will have to measure. If the bearing reference appears worn off, you may be able to see it stamped on the other side. Click the "Fitment" tab for more information on how to identify or measure your bearing.

Most wheelchair bearings are replaceable. Knowing the size of the bearing, reference number, and type of bearing can help you identify a replacement. When measuring your bearing, measure the following and compare it to the product description:

  • Outer Diameter
  • Inner Diameter
  • Width
  • Bearing reference number
