The PG Drives Technology GC2/GC3 Joystick Module for Power Wheelchairs (D51934) is a replacement joystick compatible with Pride Jazzy Select, Jazzy Elite, Jet 3 Ultra, Go-Go and many other electric wheelchairs.

Fitment Notes:
Look carefully at the photos and description to make sure it matches the replacement joystick that you currently have on your chair. Note the number of buttons, cable length, model number on bottom of the joystick, the connector it has, any dimension information, and that it looks the same as the one you have.
Add the optional adapter cable to convert from GC3 (yellow 4-pin square connector) to GC2 (gray 4-pin flat connector), making this joystick compatible with the GC2 PG Drives Technology style joysticks: D51157.01, D51157.02, and D51157.03. This adapter is also found on the Go Chair MED, Go-Chair 2, Jazzy Evo 613.
