The 6 x 2 in. Jazzy 600 ES Replacement Wheelchair Caster Wheel features a multi-ribbed solid urethane tire for flat free performance and is the replacement for both the front and rear casters.

Fitment Notes:
This caster assembly is used on both the front and rear of the Jazzy 600 ES. Please verify that your unit is the 600 ES model, not the standard Jazzy 600. To confirm compatibility, remove the wheel cover and check for a black tire with a silver hub. This caster wheel replaces Pride part number WHLASMB2131. It is also used on the Jazzy Elite 14 and Jazzy Elite HD (Pride number WHLASMB7110011), but features a standard impact rubber tire.
