This wheelchair caster assembly is a known replacement for the front and rear casters of the Quantum 614, Jazzy 614, Jazzy 614 HD, and Jazzy EVO 614 HD (Part number WHL2007128). It will fit others from Pride calling out for part number WHLASMB1827 plus other wheelchairs from E&J and Quickie needing this size.
Fitment Notes:
Purchasing the proper wheelchair caster is as simple as measuring the old one. Even if the size is written on the existing caster, you still want to make sure the hub width and bearing size will be correct. Properly measuring will ensure you order the correct caster.
