Fitment Notes
Used as the caster fork stem bearing on many Permobil Wheelchairs. Each stem takes 2 bearings (upper and lower). It is important to verify your bearing reference number before ordering. If the reference number is not visible, you'll have to remove the bearing and look at the other side or you may have to measure.
This 15 mm x 32 mm 6002RS Precision Wheelchair or Scooter Bearing can be used as a replacement for the following manufacturer part numbers:
- Pride Mobility DWR1005B132 (caster fork stem)
- Permobil 600752-99-0 (caster wheel and fork stem)
General Wheelchair and Scooter Bearing Notes
Many bearings found on wheelchairs and scooters have a reference number stamped on the side of the bearing which refers to the type and size of the bearing. In most cases, that is all you need to purchase the correct bearing. If the bearing reference appears worn off, you may be able to see it stamped on the side of the bearing.
